Most clients work with me monthly for the first 4–6 months, then shift to every other month as health and rhythm return.
Virtual sessions are available to clients nationwide. In person visits available in Oregon City, OR.
If you reside outside of Oregon, I’ll be working with you in a health coaching role, offering the same root-cause approach and personalized care, just without medical diagnosis.
A Functional Approach to Healthcare
Compassionate, collaborative, and deeply personalized care
I believe that symptoms are messengers and that your body is always doing its best to keep you safe, regulated, and in rhythm.
Rather than chasing a diagnosis or applying a protocol, I take a step back with you to understand why your body is expressing imbalance and what it’s asking for to return to safety, strength, and vitality.
My work blends a comprehensive functional medicine approach with nutrition, nervous system centered care, and occasionally hands on therapies (including pelvic and abdominal bodywork) to gently explore the root causes of your symptoms and create space for sustainable healing.
I work in collaboration, supporting your reconnection with your body’s wisdom, helping you build resiliance with the body’s stress responses, and finding a rhythm of care that feels realistic, nourishing, and impactful.
The GUT Method
Over the past decade, I’ve refined a process that helps my patients go from confused and exhausted to clear, connected, and thriving. This framework often guides our work together:
G — Ground
We begin by stabilizing the foundations of health: supporting blood sugar, digestion, nervous system tone, and daily rhythms. This stage builds capacity and safety for deeper healing.
U — Uncover
With advanced functional labs and compassionate conversation, we investigate the roots of imbalances. This often includes hormonal patterns, gut microbiome disruption, chronic stress, immune imbalances, and more.
T — Transform
From this insight, we co-create a personalized plan that includes nutrition, supplements, body work or somatic practices, nervous system practices, and comprehsnive support so you can heal from the inside out.
What I Support
Many of the women I work with are navigating complex or chronic health challenges and seeking a deeper, more integrative path to healing. Symptoms and concerns I often support include:
Fatigue, burnout, and sleep struggles
Fertility support, preconception care, and miscarriage recovery
Painful or irregular cycles, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, pelvic pain, endometriosis
Bloating, gas, reflux, constipation, diarrhea, SIBO, IBS, IBD
Food sensitivities and histamine reactivity
Skin issues, headaches, and hormone-related migraines
Thyroid imbalances and autoimmune conditions
Postpartum depletion, mood swings, and nervous system dysregulation
Pediatric concerns: rashes, digestion, allergies, behavioral shifts
Compassionate Inquiry & Nervous System Healing
One of the most transformative elements of my practice is Compassionate Inquiry®, a potent mind-body modality developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that helps uncover the unconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and survival adaptations that shape our physiology (how our body functions).
In this work, we explore not just what is happening in your body, but why.
Together, we gently trace your symptoms to the emotional, relational, and nervous system roots that may be keeping your body in a state of protection, inflammation, or dysregulation.
When the nervous system begins to feel safe, connected, and supported, healing unfolds more fully and sustainably. This layer of work is particularly supportive for people who:
Feel stuck in cycles of symptom flares, even with "perfect" protocols
Carry a history of trauma or are navigating ongoing stress
Are ready to move beyond just managing symptoms
Desire deeper connection with themselves and their body
This is not about digging into the past for the sake of it. It’s about understanding how your story lives in your body and giving your system the conditions it needs to transform.
