Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy

Gentle and effective bodywork

This targeted approach to restore optimal function of abdominal and pelvic organs is so effective primarily because it helps improve circulation and flow through all of the abdomen. Systemically, we target improving detoxification through the lymphatic system, optimizing blood flow and nutrients through the atrial and venous systems, signaling through the nervous system and flow of energy through the body. This therapy is powerful and effective for people of all sexes. Listed here are only some of the indications and benefits:

What to Expect

This therapy is a gentle, external massage performed on the abdomen back and pelvis.  Half of the 30 minute massage is on the belly, the remaining half is performed on the mid-back and sacrum.  While each massage is similar in it’s intention and blueprint, every patient’s symptom picture is a little different and thus, each massage is tailored to the needs of the individual.

I have personally seen the positive impact this massage has had on preconception health for both partners, fertility challenges, history of miscarriage, fibroids, cysts, painful periods, endometriosis, low back pain, chronic digestive imbalances, digestive complaints and a general enhancement in overall wellbeing.
